Do you charge a booking fee?+
No. We do not charge any booking fees. We allow unlimited changes to your reservation up to the hotel's policy, and our services are completely free to you.
Will I still earn Marriott Bonvoy points with Luminous bookings?+
Yes. You'll earn points and elite night credits exactly as if you booked directly with Marriott. Your Bonvoy account will be attached to the reservation.
Do Luminous benefits stack with my elite status?+
Yes! Luminous benefits stack with your Marriott Bonvoy elite status. For example, if you're Platinum+ or higher, you get both the Luminous credit & breakfast benefit AND your elite benefits like 4pm checkout and lounge access (where applicable).
Are the rates the same as booking direct?+
Luminous rates match standard flexible rates on Marriott's website. You also get access to promotions such as 3rd / 4th night free that may not be available when booking direct.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?+
No minimum stay is required. Luminous benefits apply to stays of any length, including one-night stays.
